Endura® is a scientifically designed hydration powder that replenishes electrolytes, helping to support fluid balance and maintaining hydration during exercise, activity or hot weather.
Directions: Mix 1 packet into a glass of water and start taking 10-15 minutes before exercise and every 15 minutes when exercising.
