Metagenics SA – UltraFlora Swiss Hufeisen Luggage Competition
Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter:
   This competition is run by Metagenics South Africa (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility:
   • The competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.
   • Employees, agents, distributors, or immediate family members of Metagenics SA or any associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period:
   • The competition runs from 1 November 2025 to 30 November 2025.
   • Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
4. How to Enter:
   To enter, participants must:
   • Purchase either UltraFlora Acute Care or UltraFlora Regular Probiotics during the competition period.
   • Take a photo with their product.
   • Post the photo on Instagram or Facebook.
   • Tag @metagenicssa in their post.
   • Follow @metagenicssa.
   • Share the original competition post to their story.
5. Prize Details:
   • Three (3) winners will each receive a Swiss Hufeisen Luggage Set valued at R7 500.
   • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Selection and Notification:
   • Winners will be randomly selected after the closing date.
   • Winners will be contacted via direct message on the social media platform they used to enter.
   • If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to another eligible participant.
7. Prize Collection:
   • Winners will be contacted by the Metagenics SA team to arrange delivery or collection of their prize.
   • Winners may be required to provide proof of purchase to validate their entry.
8. Publicity:
   • By entering, participants agree that Metagenics SA may use their name, photo, and entry post for marketing and promotional purposes related to this competition, without additional compensation.
9. General Conditions:
   • Metagenics SA reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
   • The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
   • Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Data Privacy:
    • Personal information provided will be handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and will only be used for administering this competition.
